Somehow I thought this blogging thing would be easier.
I somehow fantasized that it would be this brilliant stream of literary genius that would invoke millions of loyal followers and lead to fame and fortune ala "Julie & Julia" or my fave blog
"Hyperbole and a Half" (<--- BRILLIANT!) .
Then, of course, I remembered why I don't want to be famous. I've done WAY too many stupid things in my life to achieve any level of fame without certain scrutiny. There are things you just don't want your parents to ever find out about you--no matter how old you are. Then there is also the whole having to reveal my true identity to people. Which if you have 1/2 a brain, you could figure out fairly easily. I have no delusions of privacy on the internet.
Well, there we go. One blog down.
