Who needs exercise when you ride the later bus in the morning and you have to stand due to lack of seats?
I call it bus surfing. Great workout for both core (balancing for stops and starts) and legs. Not to mention running to make the connecting bus..
It's only 830 and I'm already sore and tired and I don't start at the actual gym until tomorrow.
